Terms and Conditions for EasyConsult

Welcome to EasyConsult, a telemedicine service by Zima Concierge Medical Services, PLLC (“Zima Concierge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the EasyConsult platform at https://easyconsult.zimamedical.com. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Texas, where our providers are licensed. By using EasyConsult, you confirm this eligibility.

2. Services Provided

EasyConsult offers asynchronous consultations for non-emergent and non-complex conditions, including:

• Minor illnesses and infections
• Hair and skin conditions
• Smoking cessation support
• Travel prescriptions (e.g., malaria, sea sickness)
• Second opinions and test result reviews

We do not handle emergencies, life-threatening conditions, or severe psychiatric issues. We may decline cases requiring in-person care.

3. How It Works

• Create an account with accurate personal/medical info
• Select your condition/service
• Fill out the questionnaire
• Submit payment
• Receive provider response via secure messaging

Responses are usually within 2 hours during business hours. Delays may occur late at night or after hours.

4. Consultation Limitations and Risks

• No physical exam—everything is based on submitted data
• No video or phone calls
• Seek in-person care if symptoms worsen or persist
• Though HIPAA-compliant, digital systems carry a small breach risk

5. Financial Terms and Refund Policy

• Consultation fee: $49, payable in advance
• Non-refundable once a provider responds or sends a prescription
• Fee does not include medication costs
• EasyConsult does not bill insurance; you may use insurance at the pharmacy

Refund Policy

• Refunds allowed only if no review or prescription has occurred
• No refunds for delays, dissatisfaction, or insurance issues

6. Response Time Expectations

• We aim to respond within 2 hours during normal hours
• Delays may occur overnight, weekends, or holidays
• You may cancel if no response or prescription has been issued yet

7. Acceptable Use

• Provide truthful medical info
• Use only for lawful personal medical needs
• No tampering, reverse-engineering, or abuse of the platform
• No seeking of controlled/inappropriate substances

8. Privacy and Security

We comply with HIPAA. All data is stored securely and used only to support your care. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, branding, software, etc.) is owned by Zima Concierge Medical Services or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Updates are posted on the platform and take effect immediately. Continued use indicates agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
